We only charge for an order when the order is confirmed as shipped. The payment you saw on your card was a pending payment for the order and will be reimbursed back to your account in 24 to 48 hours after cancellation.

There is currently no charge for shipping and handling over $30. If you purchase under $30, shipping fee is applied.

Due to our efforts to reduce fraudulent activity, the system does not allow address changes. If your order has not shipped, we can attempt to cancel it so you can replace the order with the correct address. If the order has shipped, we can request it is returned to the shipper OR held at the closest carrier location for pickup with a valid ID.

Yes you can cancel your order but before the time it ships out. There are ways to cancel your order, You must click CANCEL ORDER in your account.

REMEMBER: WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NO EXCUSES ONCE THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED. ONCE IT ALREADY HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, THERE IS NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER ANYMORE.

As of the moment, we only accept Paypal payment method. But if you have none, we accept Debit/Credit card that is supported by Paypal.

As of now, we don’t accept COD/Cash on Delivery payment method. We only accept payment first method and after you pay, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can track your product/s.

 Free shipping for United States of America base.  For international, there is currently no charge for shipping over $30. If you purchase under $30, shipping fee is applied.

You can return any product as long as it is not defective or damaged. Products must not be changed and papers must be shown. Before the returnment, contact us first and please follow all the rules we impose to the website.

Yes we can ship it in Post Office box if you set your delivery address to the post office box address.

Courier Delivery Lead Time is the number of days it takes for the order to arrive starting from the day our website has successfully picked up the order from the seller. Please note that any update to the status of an order will reflect every 24-48 hours.

The lead time varies depending on the delivery address of the buyer, the pickup address of the seller, and the couriers’ working days

Note: 

  • Make sure that your address is updated
  • Verify your mobile number and email address
  • When your order is on delivery, always check your tracker

Most of transactions nowadays came through online, and yes there is online refund/return. Exchanges and Returns are simpler now that they can be done online through your Mobile or Desktop and all you need to do is go to the website.
